You don’t have to worry about deadlines and schedules, cooking and cleaning. It is just time for you to be calm, peaceful and nurtured.

These retreats are for female participants.
All ages are welcome, you just have to be ready to embrace time without clock watching and days without a schedule of activities.

I am completely comfortable with silence, tears, questions, emotion, confusion. Whatever you bring is welcome. I brought it all before you did.
I’ve been called an ‘old soul’. I think there is much wisdom in nature, literature, spirituality and the ancient ways of living and being. I always keep them close.
I value contemplation, imagination, storytelling, paradox and metaphor.
I know that my clients trust me deeply and immediately - they comment on this because it is a rare experience. They often stay in touch out of choice long after sessions have ended.
